Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Equipment Operator for its distribution center in the United States. The role focuses on safe transport of products, operation of standup forklifts, reach trucks, order selectors, and dock stockers with RF scanner guidance.

Qualified candidates should have strong math skills, a high school diploma or GED, and may have 1–2 years of related experience. Training and certification in equipment operation may be provided.

Qualifications

• Solid math skills including basic arithmetic

• RF scanners familiarity and basic computer skills preferred

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial trucks (PIT) and assist with pallet movements
• Perform daily equipment checks and report faults
• Follow safety guidelines to maintain a safe work environment
• Accurately pick/pack orders and restock bins
• Safely move product to/from pallet racks and load/unload trucks
• Maintain organized warehouse space and follow procedures
