Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Material Handler Equipment Operator to move product within the distribution center using powered equipment and to support shipping, receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment.

Responsibilities include operating forklifts and pallet jacks, performing pre-shift checks, building pallets with conveyors, and ensuring accuracy in picking, packing, and labeling. A HS diploma or GED and 1+ year related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, 1+ year related experience or equivalent combination.
• Previous relevant experience is preferred.
• Must obtain certification for assigned PIT equipment.
• Basic math and computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial trucks (PIT) including forklifts, order selectors, dock stockers and pallet jacks.
• Perform daily equipment checks prior to operation.
• Pick and pack orders using established practices.
• Restock picking bins from reserve storage as reported by WM systems.
• Prepare pallets for shipment using conveyors and sortation walls.
• Load/unload trucks and label products as needed.
• Maintain organized, safe work area and follow safety guidelines.
