Job summary

Nalley Consulting is seeking an All-Source Analyst (PIPR) to join our team in McLean, VA. You will conduct all-source analytic production on foreign defense industrial programs, infrastructure, and capabilities supporting a foreign country’s military forces.

You will produce strategic-level assessments and products addressing development, acquisition, and production of foreign weapon systems, and you will tailor deliverables for senior policymakers and defense stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of all-source analytics, or 7+ years in lieu of a degree.
• Bachelor's degree is required for the degree-based path.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required.

• Conduct all-source analytic production on foreign defense industrial programs, infrastructure, and capabilities.
• Produce strategic-level assessments addressing development, acquisition, test, and production of foreign weapon systems.

Position: PIPR All-Source Analyst

Location: McLean, VA

LCAT: Mid

Required clearance and polygraph: Active TS/SCI and current CI poly conducted within the past seven years

Required experience and education: Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience with all-source analytics, OR 7+ years of experience with all-source analytics in lieu of a degree.

Description:

As a defense industries all-source analyst, you use your specialized functional experience and your attention to detail to conduct all-source analytic production on foreign defense industrial programs, infrastructure, and capabilities supporting a foreign country’s ability to develop, equip, sustain, and employ its military forces across basic, strategic, and military industrial sectors.

You’ll produce strategic-level assessments and products that address the research, development, acquisition, test, evaluation and production of foreign weapon systems and equipment.

Required qualifications:

• Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings
• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in all-source analysis, or 7+ years of experience in all-source analysis in lieu of a degree

Desired qualifications

• 3+ years of experience withdefense industries analysis such as industrial organization, production processes, foreign weapon systems and equipment, and their associated facilities and output levels.

• Knowledge of ICD 203/206 analytic tradecraft standards

• Knowledge of the INDOPACOM AOR

• Knowledge of Microelectronics.
