Job summary

Nalley Consulting seeks an All-Source Analyst (MILCAP) to support DIA HQ in Washington, DC. The Senior role focuses on evaluating adversarial systems and delivering strategic assessments. You will apply all-source tradecraft, produce complex written products, and brief clients from tactical to strategic levels.

A TS/SCI clearance and a degree with relevant experience are required. This position requires knowledge of IC environments and experience with MIDB/MARS and proven ability to deliver

All-Source Analyst (MILCAP)

Clearance and polygraph requirement:

Active TS/SCI and willingness to take polygraph. Candidates with current CI polygraph conducted in the past 7 years will be highly prioritized.

Experience/education requirement:

Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience with all-source analysis, or 12+ years of experience with all-source analysis in lieu of a degree

Description

As a Military Capabilities All-Source Analyst on our team, you’ll help your client by providing production that study complexity of adversarial systems.

Using your comprehensive understanding of all-source analytic tradecraft, production cycles, publication standards, community writing styles, and formats, you’ll produce strategic-level assessments and products that address the MILCAP problem set with a specific focus on developments and trends.

Requirements

• Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments
• Experience analyzing and breaking down complex systems
• Experience with the Modernized Integrated Database (MIDB) or the Machine-Assisted Rapid-repository System (MARS)
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables, such as complex written products and formal or informal briefings tailored to clients who range from tactical to strategic levels
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience with all-source analysis, or 12+ years of experience with all-source analysis in lieu of a degree

Desired qualifications

• 3+ years as an all-source military capabilities analyst
• Knowledge of conventional weapon systems
• Knowledge of ICD 203/206 analytic tradecraft standards
