Job summary

Nalley Consulting is seeking an All Source Analyst specializing in Microelectronics in McLean, VA. The role requires active TS/SCI clearance with a current CI polygraph within the last seven years and a bachelor's degree with 3+ years of all-source analytics, or 7+ years in lieu of a degree.

The analyst will conduct all-source analytic production on foreign defense industrial programs, producing strategic assessments addressing R&D, acquisition, testing, and production of foreign weapon systems

As a defense industries all-source analyst, you use your specialized functional experience and your attention to detail to conduct all-source analytic production on foreign defense industrial programs, infrastructure, and capabilities supporting a foreign country’s ability to develop, equip, sustain, and employ its military forces across basic, strategic, and military industrial sectors.

You’ll produce strategic-level assessments and products that address the research, development, acquisition, test, evaluation and production of foreign weapon systems and equipment.

Required qualifications:

• Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings
• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in all-source analysis, or 7+ years of experience in all-source analysis in lieu of a degree

Desired qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience withdefense industries analysis such as industrial organization, production processes, foreign weapon systems and equipment, and their associated facilities and output levels.
• Knowledge of ICD 203/206 analytic tradecraft standards
• Knowledge of the CENTCOM AOR
• Knowledge of Microelectronics.
