Job summary

Nalley Consulting is seeking an All Source Analyst to join our team at the Pentagon. The role requires a TS/SCI clearance with CI poly and a mid-level LCAT. Shift work is required.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of intelligence analysis experience or 7+ years of experience in lieu of a degree, with strong knowledge of DoD and IC environments and the ability to craft high-quality written products and briefings for senior policymakers and defense stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of intelligence analysis experience.
• Or 7+ years of intelligence analysis experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with INDOPACOM and/or CENTCOM AOR preferred.
• Knowledge of the DoD, wider IC, and Combatant Command environments.
• Ability to develop high-quality written products and briefings.

Responsibilities

• Generate finished all-source intelligence products that adhere to client and IC standards.
• Provide collection research and recommendations for liaison with external agencies to support future products.
• Identify gaps in available intelligence and coordinate with collection managers to meet requirements.
• Apply IC analytic standards and tradecraft to assess current threats and trends for senior policymakers and other stakeholders.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with ICD 203 compliant intelligence analysis
• Knowledge of the DoD, wider IC, and Combatant Command environments
• Finished intelligence experience
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• E xperience working in a Joint Staff environment

Responsibilities:

Generate finished all source intelligence products that adhere to client and IC standards using a multi-discipline approach.

Provide collection research, analysis and recommendations regarding liaison efforts with operational and support elements, external intelligence agencies to foster an environment of cooperation and sharing of information to better develop future products.

Identifygaps in available intelligence information and engages with other collection managers on strategies to meet intelligence requirements through Intelligence Community collection disciplines.

EmployIntelligence Community analytic standards and appropriate tradecraft, methodologies and techniques and applies specialized subject matter expertise to prepare assessments of current threats and trends for consumers from senior US officials to state and local and private sector customers.

Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings.
