Job summary

Planet Pharma is seeking a Construction System Owner for Piping with flushing and passivation expertise, on-site in Lebanon, Indiana. This owner’s representative role leads cleaning, flushing, blowing, and passivation activities across the site prior to Mechanical Completion.

You will establish standards, govern execution, and own outcomes, coordinating with construction, QA/QC, HSE, engineering, and commissioning teams to ensure piping systems are clean, dry, passivated, and fully documented

Qualifications

• 10+ years on pharmaceutical, biotech, or GMP capital programs with hands-on flushing and passivation.
• Led flushing and passivation across complex multi-building facilities.
• Strong knowledge of ASME B31 piping codes and ASTM A967/A380 standards.
• Experience developing site-wide strategies and procedures across projects.

Responsibilities

• Establish site-wide Piping Cleaning & Passivation Plan with acceptance criteria.
• Lead hydro and chemical flushing, blowing, and passivation of piping systems.
• Coordinate readiness across projects, QA/QC, HSE, and commissioning teams.
• Oversee pre-MC readiness and ensure documentation for turnover.
