Job summary

EGC Construction is seeking a piping foreman for Process/Utility Piping Systems in the Food and Beverage and Pharmaceutical industries. The role focuses on leading craft workers, managing contract administration, and maintaining client relations on site.

We require 8+ years in construction with 3+ in leadership, OSHA 30, and a proactive, self-motivated mindset. Travel within a 50-mile radius and occasional interstate work are expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years construction experience (3+ years in a foreman/leadership capacity).
• OSHA 30 Certified.
• Must be a self-starter, highly motivated with minimal supervision.
• Ability to learn processes and software programs used on projects.
• Strong leadership, planning and contract administration skills.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and grow lead craft workers.
• Manage contract administration and field meetings for communication.
• Develop client relations program on site.
• Attend client meetings for planning and problem resolution.
• Oversee and update monthly job costs and cash flow projections.
• Review, approve, and negotiate change orders.
• Plan for project completion and turnover.
• Maintain daily records for documentation.
• Ensure timely performance evaluations for direct reports.
• Suggest organizational or procedural improvements.
