BCH Mechanical, L.L.C. in Largo, FL invites experienced Piping Superintendents to join our team, managing piping and plumbing operations on Tampa-area projects. You will ensure tradesmen are well qualified, review schedules and estimates, and set up sites with safety rules, permits and E.E.O.C.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of pipefitting/plumbing experience.
• 30 Hour OSHA Certification.

Responsibilities

• Ascertain that all tradesmen are well qualified and efficiently carry out duties.
• Review the job schedule and estimated man-hours, material takeoffs, etc.
• Resolve differences with Project Manager at job start.
• Set up the job office and equipment trailers and ensure safety postings.
• Ensure safety regulations are followed by all tradesmen and subcontractor crews.
• Maintain knowledge of plans and specifications for each project.
• Maintain high quality control standards at all times.
• Keep schedule current and review progress and costs regularly.
• Maintain inventory control of tools and equipment and secure all gear.
• Ensure that as-built plans are accurate and up to date.
• Manage client relationships and set expectations.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and other trades.
• Possess a valid driving license and be willing to travel.
