Job summary

Power Design in Saint Petersburg, FL is seeking a Plumbing Superintendent to lead field crews, coordinate with other trades and the general contractor, and ensure projects are delivered on time with high safety and quality standards.

You will manage, train and evaluate team members, verify installations meet mechanical code standards, and maintain strong customer relationships while controlling materials and scheduling to meet milestones.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Skilled field supervisor with extensive crew management experience.
• Active Mechanical (HVAC) or Plumbing license.
• Proficient knowledge of national building code and local codes.
• Basic computer and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage, evaluate and train field project team members.
• Plan, organize and direct production of contracted scope of work.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, inspectors and other trades.
• Coordinate production and attend meetings with other trades and the general contractor to resolve conflicts and ensure customer service.
• Ensure installations meet quality and mechanical code standards.
• Manage materials and personnel to meet project schedules.
