BCH Mechanical, L.L.C. is hiring a Plumbing Superintendent for Largo, FL. The successful candidate will lead field teams, manage schedules, and ensure safety and quality across projects in the Tampa Bay market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Plumbing Superintendent, preferably with a commercial mechanical contractor.
• Proven leadership and supervision of multiple ongoing projects.
• Excellent safety and field management capabilities.
• Ability to travel within the Tampa Bay area.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all tradesmen are well qualified and perform duties efficiently.
• Review job schedules, estimate hours, and material takeoffs.
• Resolve differences with the Project Manager at job start.
• Set up job offices and ensure permits and safety postings are in place.
• Enforce safety rules and conduct safety meetings.
• Maintain project plans, schedules, and cost tracking.
• Manage client relationships and communicate with teams.
• Possess a valid driving license and willingness to travel Tampa Bay.
• Attend technical meetings and assist inspectors as needed.
• Maintain quality control and up-to-date as-built plans.
