Job summary

Overland Contracting Inc. seeks an experienced field supervisor to lead craft and subcontractor teams on complex projects in Oklahoma. You will drive safety, quality, and schedule adherence while coordinating with field engineers and project controls.

The role requires 5+ years in construction leadership, a construction management or engineering degree, OSHA 10, and strong CPM/cost-control experience. Travel to project sites is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field leadership on equivalent projects.
• Valid Driver's License.
• OSHA 10 certification.
• Experience with CPM scheduling and cost control processes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor construction activities to ensure CPM schedule adherence.
• Coordinate with craft/subcontractors and Subcontractors to meet safety, quality, and schedule targets.
• Develop 3 Week Look Ahead schedules and corrective actions to maintain productivity.
• Review timesheets, progress, and RFIs; support change management and extra work processing.
• Provide technical direction and field engineering support to crews and subcontractors.
