Job summary

Overland Contracting Inc is seeking an experienced construction field leader to supervise and coordinate multi-discipline teams on complex projects. The role focuses on maintaining schedule integrity, safety compliance, and productive collaboration with subcontractors and field engineers to deliver projects safely and on time.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of field leadership experience, a valid driver's license, and OSHA 10 certification, with a track record in CPM scheduling and cost control

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience of construction field leadership on equivalent projects.
• Valid Driver's License.
• OSHA 10 certification.

Responsibilities

• Monitors CPM schedule and reports on construction activities and progress.
• Assists craft/subcontractors in resolving issues related to drawings, schedule, quality and safety.
• Monitors discipline construction productivity, progress, and cost; reports to the Construction Manager and Field Project Controls Manager.
• Develops and maintains a 3 Week Look Ahead Schedule; creates corrective plans to ensure targets are met.
• Coordinates communication and planning with craft supervision, subcontractors, and other disciplines.
• Supports the execution of work packages and ensures compliance with safety and contractual standards.
