Job summary

Cogent Analytics seeks a Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead on-site operations for our Oklahoma City area projects. You will ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery while coordinating subcontractors and maintaining comprehensive field records.

The role requires 5+ years of field experience, OSHA 30, BuilderTrend familiarity, and a clean driving record. English proficiency is required, with Spanish bilingual preferred; travel and outdoor work are expected.

Qualifications

5+ years of construction field experience.
OSHA 30 certification and BuilderTrend experience.
Authorized to work in the U.S.; English proficiency with Spanish bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily site operations and subcontractor adherence to scope.
Lead safety meetings, inspections, and daily huddles.
Maintain field logs, redlines, photos, and documentation (BuilderTrend or similar).
Verify layout, elevations, and compliance with drawings.
Enforce site safety, cleanliness, PPE, and access control.
Track weather delays, deliveries, RFIs, and daily reporting.
Coordinate with engineers, inspectors, owners, and field staff.
Manage punch lists and support final inspections.
Submit daily progress reports to management.
