Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in Ohio seeks a field supervisor to monitor and organize subcontractor planning, safety, quality, and technical activities on a complex project with multiple stakeholders.

Your on-site supervision will help ensure operations are planned to coincide with established schedules and that work methods are executed safely, coordinating subcontractor management staff, foremen, and craft professionals.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and organizes subcontractor activities, through coordination and instruction of subcontractor's management staff within the area of responsibility.
• Monitors subcontractor construction schedules, resource charts, and material and equipment requirements.
• Reviews subcontractor construction methods, schedules, manning charts, and material and equipment requirements.
• Coordinates the construction operations impact on external interfaces to ensure they coincide with the overall established schedules.
• Monitors installation of materials and equipment to assure conformance with drawings, specifications, vendor, and other requirements.
• Enforces policies, procedures and related work rules as established by field construction management.
• Supports Construction Field Engineers, Foremen, and Craft Professionals, in interpreting Engineering design documents, vendor documents, and other technical documents.
• Coordinates engineering solutions with Subcontractors, and Foremen and Craft

Project Overview:

the company is building a semiconductor manufacturing plant in New Albany, Ohio. We are partnering with the North America Building Trades Unions and suppliers to create several thousand new jobs and work with local education organizations to implement new training programs that will support the future talent pipeline. the company Manufacturing & Technology, Inc. offers engineering, procurement, and construction services for customers in the semiconductor manufacturing, electric vehicle, and data center markets. Job Summary:
