Job summary

AAON, Inc. (BASX) is seeking personnel for piping installations in a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will read drawings, cut and bore holes, assemble and install piping systems, and ensure safety compliance. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and 10–12 hour shifts in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Read, understand and interpret drawings, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders and reports.
• Cut and bore holes in structures, such as bulkheads, decks, walls and mains, prior to pipe installation, using hand and power tools.
• Assemble and secure pipes, tubes, fittings and related equipment, according to specifications, by brazing, gluing, soldering and threading joints.
• Attach pipes to walls, structures and fixtures using brackets and/or Unistrut.
• Trouble problems in the piping systems we build.
• Install automatic controls used to regulate hydronic and refrigerant systems.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Ability to work 10–12-hour shifts
• Competency in selecting pipe type, size and related materials, such as supports, hangers per job specifications.
