Job summary

AAON, Inc. is seeking a manufacturing helper to assist with layout tasks, move materials, and support forming and equipment operations. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced shop environment.

The position requires basic math, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work well with others. Starting at $21.50/hr, higher rates may be offered based on experience; multiple shifts with differentials available.

• Holds tape measure, and marks reference points to assist in layout
• Loads, stacks and transports raw material and tools
• Picks up and trucks scrap form work areas
• Assists Journeyman when forming large parts
• Responsible for shakeout and tagging parts
• Operates a forklift
• Assists operators on press brake and other equipment
• Posses a mechanical aptitude
• Have basic math skills
• Able to work independently and with others
• Able to stand for prolonged periods on concrete floors
• Able to lift 50lbs.
• Forklift operations (preferred).

Starting Rate: $21.50 with the opportunity for a higher starting rate based on relevant experience and qualifications.

Shift Schedules

• A Shift: Mon-Thurs 5AM-3:30PM
• B Shift: Mon-Thurs 4PM-2:30AM Includes a 12% shift differential
• C Shift: Fri-Sun 5AM-5PM Includes a 12% shift differential
• D Shift: Fri-Sun 5PM-5AM Includes a 15% shift differential

Essential Physical Functions

• Periodic visits to the manufacturing facility with seasonal hot and cold temperatures, dust, and some chemical fume exposure.
