Job summary

AAON, Inc. BASX is hiring entry-level production staff for the paint department in our fast-paced manufacturing environment in Redmond. Starting base pay is competitive and aligned with shop rates, with full-time hours and benefits.

You will learn multiple trade skills in a dynamic setting, supporting schedules, setting up equipment, and operating a forklift to maintain flow and quality across the department.

Position Overview

Starting Base Pay: $21.50

Job Description: Works in all activities of the paint department. Support delivery schedules while maximizing productivity. Set-up equipment: prepare powder, fire oven, adjust equipment settings for quality, etc. Primary forklift driver for the department.

Essential Physical Functions

• Lift up to 50lbs.
• Sit or stand for up to 95 percent of work hours.
• Periodic visits to the manufacturing facility with seasonal hot and cold temperatures, dust, and some chemical fume exposure.
