AAON, Inc. (BASX) is hiring entry-level assemblers in Redmond, WA to support our dynamic production operations.

You will rotate across an fast-paced assembly line, gaining hands-on experience in assembly, piping, electrical, finishing, testing, and wrapping. We offer flexible shift schedules and robust benefits including medical, dental and vision coverage, short- and long-term disability, a 401(k) plan and an HSA with 175% employer match.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; must be able to pass background check and pre-employment physical.
• Familiar with hand tools, tape measure, and power tools; reliable and punctual with positive attitude.

Responsibilities

Position Overview: We are currently hiring Entry-Level Assemblers to support our production operations. Work on our fast-paced assembly line rotating between positions like assembly, piping, electrical, finishing, testing, and wrapping. Physical Requirements

Able to stand for prolonged periods of time. Position requires bending, stooping, crouching, and climbing. Able to lift 50lbs. Climb ladders and work from ladder Work supported by harness and fall protection at heights up to 30 feet.

Work Environment

Fast paced production environment Overtime may be required. Eye protection and safety toe shoes are required; hearing protection is sometimes required.

Growth opportunity

Capable of working in large and small teams in a construction and manufacturing environment Power Tools and working with Caulking Cleaning Unit before being wrapped
