Job summary

ARMI Hygienic Systems in Fayetteville, AR seeks a primary point for supervising industrial piping crews. You will read blueprints, coordinate field tasks, and ensure safety standards while supporting project installation activities.

The role requires 3+ years in piping with supervisory experience, valid driver's license, and ability to travel as needed. This on-site position offers competitive benefits and opportunities for growth within a family-owned company.

Qualifications

• Trade school and/or 3+ years in industrial piping, with 2+ years in supervision.
• Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Experience with Procore–Project Management Software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee crew work, actively participating in daily tasks and operations.
• Demonstrate problem-solving and collaborate with team members.
• Interpret and adhere to drawings, specs, and instructions for tasks.
• Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and boom lifts to install equipment.
• Ensure safety protocols are met and maintained.
• Attend customer meetings and represent the team.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Oversee the work of the crew, actively participating in daily tasks and operations.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and work collaboratively with team members.
• Interpret and adhere to drawings, specifications, and instructions to effectively layout and execute project tasks.
• Operate machinery, including forklifts, scissor lifts, and boom lifts, to facilitate the movement and installation of equipment.
• Oversee and ensure all safety protocols and requirements are met and maintained.
• Attend all required customer meetings, representing the team and addressing any project-related concerns.
• Ensure job sites are cleaned and organized following the completion of tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support project and team objectives.

What You Need To Succeed

• Trade school and/or 3+ years’ experience in industrial piping industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Experience with Procore – Project Management Software (preferred)
• OSHA 30, preferred
• Availability to work nights, holidays, and weekends as needed.
• Ability to travel 100% of the time.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. repeatedly.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check
