Job summary

ARMI, a family-owned leader in process and utility piping with nationwide HVAC services, is seeking a HVAC–Key Accounts Manager in Fayetteville. You will own critical customer relationships, drive account plans, and collaborate across operations to maximize project opportunities.

The role requires 3+ years in Industrial HVAC, strong account management skills, travel up to 60%, and willingness to work nights, holidays, and weekends as needed. ARMI offers robust benefits and growth potential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Industrial HVAC, preferably in food/beverage facilities.
• Strong technical knowledge of Industrial HVAC systems and applications.
• Sales experience is a plus and travel up to 60%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary relationship owner for assigned key customer accounts and maintain long-term partnerships.
• Manage an active portfolio of accounts with accurate activity and pipeline in CRM.
• Conduct regular touchpoints including site visits, operational check-ins, planning meetings, and executive reviews.
• Develop and maintain strategic account plans supporting capital projects and maintenance needs.
• Identify and pursue additional service opportunities including expansions and long-term service agreements.
• Collaborate with Operations and Preconstruction to position ARMI for repeat work on multi-phase projects.
• Monitor account health by reviewing payment trends, receivables, and risks with Accounting.
• Support pricing discussions, service renewals, and contract reviews to ensure alignment with scope and profitability.
• Maintain strong customer engagement from kickoff through execution and closeout.
• Identify follow-on opportunities and assist with project closeout for long-term retention.

How you will make an impact

• Maintain strong customer engagement throughout the project lifecycle, from kickoff through execution and closeout.

• Identifyfollow-on opportunities and support project closeout efforts to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term account retention.

What You Need to Succeed

• 3+ years of proven work experiencein IndustrialHVAC,preferably within food, beverage, or dairy processing facilities.

• Strong technical knowledge of IndustrialHVACSystems and applications.

• Sales experience, preferred

• Experience with Procore – Project Management Software (preferred)

• Experience with Pipe Drive, preferred.

• OSHA 30, preferred

• Availability to travel up to 60% of the time.

• Availability to work nights, holidays and weekends as needed.

• Possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
