Job summary

Primoris Energy Services is seeking a Field Engineer to support the construction team with planning and technical guidance on-site. The role includes acting as the front-line contact for resolving technical issues and contributing to WorkFace Planning, work packaging, and status updates.

Key responsibilities include overseeing field operations, generating RFIs, coordinating with project managers and subcontractors, and ensuring quality and safety adherence.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of field engineering experience in power generation, petrochemical, or similar industrial projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; preferred experience with scheduling and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field operations to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and quality.
• Provide technical support and resolve field issues; generate RFIs and track impacts to scope, schedule, and cost.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with specifications; prepare status reports.
