Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required.
• Onboarding/background checks may be required.

Responsibilities

• Review project design scopes and develop quantities from documentation.
• Prepare complete and accurate cost estimates for scopes of work.
• Coordinate with estimating and design teams for scope alignment.
• Update historical cost data and benchmarking of costs by construction type.
