Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Piping Engineer 3 to support our Denver office. The role involves performing design development, analysis, and documentation for complex piping projects across disciplines and coordinating with customers from quotation to final design.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, 5 years of related experience, strong communication and analytical skills, and the ability to obtain a security clearance. The candidate must be a US citizen and may travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform a range of design development, analysis or review tasks under minimal supervision.
• Lead on less complex tasks and contribute to a design or analysis work package.
• Generate complete design specifications for complex piping projects.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to define system requirements.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and project records.
• Interface with customers from quotation to final design and test activities.
