Job summary

Haskell is seeking a skilled pipe detailing professional to convert P&IDs and design drawings into fabrication-ready pipe models for water/wastewater, manufacturing, and mission-critical projects.

You will work with BIM (Revit and AutoCAD Plant3D), Navisworks, and field teams to maintain model accuracy, coordinate with trades, and develop internal standards. A two-year CAD/BIM associate degree is required.

Qualifications

• Two-year CAD/BIM-related degree minimum.
• 0–3 years in AEC pipe detailing preferred.
• Experience with mechanical or process piping is required.

Responsibilities

• Translate P&IDs into fabrication-ready pipe models and BOMs.
• Produce spool sheets, isometrics, and cut lists with clear labeling.
• Coordinate pipe routing with structural and equipment trades.
• Review vendor drawings and field markups for accuracy.
• Maintain model integrity through project changes and revisions.
• Support development of internal standards and templates.
• Travel as required and assist other VDC services when needed.
