Job summary

Jacobs is seeking engineering interns to join our Life Sciences North America team in various locations, including Cincinnati, OH. You’ll work on process and building mechanical piping design, and materials engineering to apply theory to real-world challenges.

You’ll perform design calculations, coordinate with other trades under Professional Engineers and Design Leads, and progress to more complex projects while ensuring timely, accurate deliverables.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in BS Mechanical or Civil Engineering or closely related field.
• GPA 3.0 or higher.
• Authorization to work in US without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide system design calculations for mechanical piping and building systems.
• Coordinate with other trades under guidance of engineers.
• Progress from basic to more complex design tasks within a team.
• Ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of assigned work.
