Jacobs in Indianapolis is seeking engineering interns to join the Life Sciences North America team, focusing on Process/Building Mechanical Piping Design and Plumbing/Materials Engineering. You will apply classroom knowledge to real-world projects for clients locally and worldwide, under Professional Engineers and Design Leads.

You’ll perform system design calculations, coordinate with other trades, and grow from basic design tasks to more complex projects as part of a collaborative technical

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a BS in Mechanical or Civil Engineering
• Interest in designing building mechanical systems including Process & Mechanical Piping
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Provide system design calculations and related design services.
• Coordinate with the designs of other trades under the guidance of Professional Engineers and Design Leads.
• Progress from basic design work to more complicated projects with a technical team.
