Job summary

Apollo Mechanical Contractors in Oak Ridge TN is seeking a Revit HVAC / Sheet Metal BIM Modeler/Detailer for Building Information Modeling (BIM) projects. You will create detailed 3D models and installation drawings while collaborating with engineering teams to ensure accuracy in a BIM environment.

Qualified candidates should have strong knowledge of HVAC systems and proficiency with Autodesk Revit and related tools. Benefits include medical coverage, 401K matching, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience with Revit in a BIM environment.
• 3-5+ years of field experience in HVAC sheet metal fabrication/installation preferred.
• Experience with large-scale or mission-critical facilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed 3D models and shop drawings for HVAC sheet metal systems.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate BIM coordination.
• Participate in clash detection and coordination meetings.
