Job summary

Enterprise Products Partners L.P. in Farmington, NM seeks a Pipeline Technician to maintain natural gas and liquid pipelines and related equipment to ensure safe, reliable operation.

You will perform routine maintenance on pumps, valves, and motors, monitor custody transfer facilities, and participate in safety reviews and training. The role requires reading maps and manuals and effective communication with teams in varying weather.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• VoTech certificate or Associate's degree in Electrical/Electronics, Oil & Gas preferred.
• Knowledge of the general design and operation of a liquid or gas pipeline is required.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record is required.
• 2+ years experience in operation, maintenance, and/or construction of a hazardous liquid or gas pipeline facility preferred.
• Experience and knowledge of industry-related maintenance and repair standards are preferred.
• Ability to read maps, prints, drawings, and technical manuals.
• Must be able to work outdoors around industrial equipment and under hazardous conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on pumps and electric motors (bearings, seals, alignments, etc.).
• Maintain and operate custody transfer measurement facilities and perform product quality tests.
• Assist with replacement of pumps, motors, valves, and other equipment as needed.
• Provide training and technical support; respond to operational emergencies as part of the area team.
• Reviews procedures to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
