Job summary

Energy Transfer in George West, TX is seeking a Pipeline and Terminal Operations professional to repair and maintain pipelines, equipment, and daily facilities operations. You will inspect compressor and pump stations, plan work with crews, coordinate outages, keep detailed records, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance, including on-call responsibilities and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Level C: 0–2 years; Level B: 2–4 years; Level A: 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record; USDOT driver certification may be required by law.
• Excellent organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and operate compressor/pump stations and pipeline facilities.
• Plan and coordinate work with employees and contractors to ensure safety and timeliness.
• Provide budgetary information; schedule outages; order materials; maintain inventory.
• Interpret drawings, schematics, and OEM manuals for maintenance tasks.
• Maintain records and documentation per procedures and regulatory agencies.
• Provide training and leadership to develop and maintain effective work crews.
• Maintain awareness of OSHA, DOT, EPA, and safety policies; complete required documentation.
• Be on-call for areas of responsibility on a rotating basis; travel occasionally.
