Job summary

Vortex Companies, LLC in Freehold, NJ is seeking a Project Manager for Pipeline Rehabilitation to oversee all construction aspects of industrial and municipal projects. The role requires strong communication, leadership, and hands-on field management, with emphasis on Excel and scheduling.

You will coordinate resources, manage budgets, liaise with customers and operations, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within QA/QC standards. Travel to sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing CIPP, Manhole Coatings and trenchless rehab construction.
• Ability to travel for long and short-term projects.
• Safety-conscious with leadership and field operations oversight.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between Customer and Operations involved in the execution of a project
• Manage all cost tracking and revenue reporting/forecasting for the project
• Schedule Prepare/Tie-In with contractor schedules
• Pre-planning and resource forecasting and inventory management
• Work with management for all major equipment/supply purchases
• Attend construction planning meetings and project/site walks
• Assist in quality control and safety of all projects
• Provide job site assistance to manage field operations
• Complete projects on schedule, within the allotted budget, and in accordance with QAQC standards
