Job summary

Vortex Companies, LLC seeks a Project Manager to oversee construction, industrial and municipal projects. The ideal candidate has strong communication and leadership skills, with experience in managing field operations and using Microsoft Excel for scheduling and tracking.

Engineering graduates or experienced professionals are encouraged to apply. The role requires organization, timely timelines, and coordination of project elements, including pre-planning and equipment purchases.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing CIPP, Manhole Coatings and other types of trenchless rehabilitation construction.
• Ability to travel for both long and short-term projects.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between Customer and Operations involved in the execution of a project.
• Manage all cost tracking and revenue reporting/forecasting for the project.
• Schedule Prepare/Tie-In with contractor schedules.
• Pre-planning and resource forecasting and inventory management.
• Work with management for all major equipment/supply purchases.
• Attend construction planning meetings and project/site walks.
• Assist in quality control and safety of all projects.
• Provide jobsite assistance to manage field operations.
• Complete projects on schedule, within the allotted budget, and in accordance with QAQC standards.
• Review all required reporting/collection of time and daily report logs.

Key Responsibilities

Salary Range

• $85,000 to 110,000, depending on position qualifications, job related skills and experience, education, certifications, and geographic location.
