Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum pipeline experience.
• Ability to solve problems accurately.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with varying priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with product transportation teams.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word & Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Review and monitor prior shift, check accuracy, and review logs.
• Monitor and regulate product flow; inspect and study pipeline operations.
• Climb stairs on tanks, buildings, and other locations.
• Ensure equipment operation via preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Prepare pipeline reports by collecting and summarizing data; inspect for safety issues.
• Maintain technical knowledge via training and publications; support team goals.
• Promote a safe, compliant work environment and conduct inspections.
• Record meter readings, test results, and adjustments.
• Interpret SCADA system information for operations.
• Perform shake outs, grind outs with testing equipment.
• Locate pipelines using company equipment.
• Observe foreign line crossings and perform pigging operations.
• Inspect piping/equipment for safety and wear; suggest repairs.
