Job summary

Harvest Midstream Company in Wyoming seeks an entry-level Operations Associate to monitor and support gas and liquid pipeline systems. You will learn control systems, collect data, and assist senior staff while following safety policies and company procedures.

Responsibilities include reviewing shift logs, tracking measurements, reporting anomalies, and supporting maintenance activities. A high school diploma or related technical training is preferred, with a willingness to work rotating shifts

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical, vocational, or associate degree preferred.
• Basic understanding of process operations and mechanical systems.
• Ability to learn pipeline and plant control systems and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Reviews prior shift activities and operating logs to gain awareness of system conditions.
• Assists in monitoring pipeline and plant operations through control systems and procedures.
• Monitors flow rates, pressures, temperatures, and equipment status, reporting abnormalities.
• Learns to recognize operational issues and assists with troubleshooting under supervision.
• Maintains accurate operating logs, meter readings, test results, and records.
• Assists in monitoring alarms and communicates concerns promptly.
• Supports preventive maintenance by coordinating with field personnel and documenting status.
• Assists with preparing operational reports and maintaining required documentation.
