Job summary

Harvest Midstream is seeking a motivated Operations Operator to support safe, reliable pipeline and plant operation under supervision. You will review shift logs, monitor controls, and assist with diagnostics.

The role emphasizes learning control systems, maintaining records, and adhering to safety, environmental, and company procedures. Training and growth opportunities exist within a values-driven, safety-focused team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical, vocational, or associate degree in Process Technology, Industrial Technology, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of oil and gas, pipeline, plant operations, or related experience preferred.
• Ability to learn control systems and operating procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review prior shift activities and operating logs to understand system conditions.
• Assist monitoring pipeline and plant operations through control systems and procedures.
• Monitor flow rates, pressures, temperatures, and equipment status; report abnormalities.
• Maintain operating logs, meter readings, test results, and records.
• Support preventive maintenance by coordinating with field personnel.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain documentation.
• Follow procedures, environmental regulations, and safety standards.
• Participate in required training to develop technical knowledge.
• Demonstrate safe work practices and a willingness to learn.
