Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Pipeline knowledge and ability to manage pump station, pipeline and lease crude oil shipments.
• Ability to read and comprehend technical operational manuals.
• Basic math and computer/PC skills required.
• As proficiency grows, ability to schedule batches and coordinate related activities.

Aufgaben

• Responsible for petroleum product movements in and out of pipeline pump stations; assess, quantify and quality crude oil and/or refined products; handle storage and custody transfer with carriers/customers.
• Routinely inspects pumps and valves for proper operation.
• Ensure accurate quality and quantity measurement of crude oil per Plains procedures and reporting.
• Perform monthly DOT tankage inspections, fire extinguisher inspections, and maintain records.
• Inspect perimeter fencing, locks, and security; address infractions and ensure facility ROW security.
• Maintain DOT compliance on ROW, equipment, and valves; communicate with Pipeline Control Center.
