Hinterland Group LLC is seeking an Operations Manager - Pipeline Services to lead field operations, coordinate crews, equipment, safety, schedules, and budgets on pipeline projects across Florida and surrounding states.

You will guide Superintendents and Foremen, align labor and materials, ensure quality and compliance with OSHA standards, and maintain strong client relationships while delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate pipeline field operations, labor, equipment, safety, schedules, and budgets across projects.
• Direct pipeline inspection, maintenance, and tie-ins; set production goals and priorities for Superintendents and Foremen.
• Enforce safety policies, OSHA regulations, and quality controls; monitor progress and implement corrective actions.
