Job summary

Worley invites a Senior Process Engineer to join our Denver hub. You will lead process engineering across refining, pipeline, gas processing, and midstream projects, mentoring junior engineers and delivering compliant, safe, and efficient solutions.

Based in Denver with hybrid work, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimize energy infrastructure and support lifecycle activities from concept to startup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from ABET‑accredited university.
• Professional Engineer (PE) designation preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of process engineering experience in refining, oil & gas, pipeline, gas processing, terminals, petrochemicals, chemicals, or related energy industries.

Responsibilities

• Provide process engineering services meeting regulatory and project requirements.
• Lead and execute process work across refining, pipeline, gas processing, and midstream projects.
• Manage process engineering scope, quality, and delivery throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and review PFDs, HMBs, P&IDs, equipment specs, and process calculations.
• Build and maintain process simulation models using Aspen HYSYS, UniSim, and related tools.
• Conduct hydraulic analyses, line sizing, pressure drop calculations, and process optimization studies.
• Support safety studies, HAZOPs/PHAs, and risk assessments.
