Job summary

Alliance of Professionals & Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Lead Process Engineer for a hybrid role in Denver, CO. You will lead the process design for midstream projects, develop PFDs, P&IDs and simulations, and collaborate with clients and contractors to ensure practical, compliant designs.

You will mentor junior engineers, size equipment including PSV/ instrumentation, support PSM activities, and drive economic analyses to deliver safe, cost-effective solutions on oil & gas facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering required.
• Minimum 5+ years of oil and gas process engineering experience.
• Proficiency with process simulation software (HYSY, ProMax, VMGSim, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Produce PFDs, P&IDs, material balances, and equipment data sheets.
• Develop process simulation models for existing and proposed facilities.
• Size and specify equipment including PSV and instrumentation.
• Lead process design for midstream facility and pipeline projects.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to the process engineering group.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and project teams to ensure feasible execution.
