Job summary

Energy Transfer in Artesia, NM is seeking a Pipeline and Terminal Operations professional to maintain and operate gas and liquid facilities and pipelines in daily operations.

You will inspect, repair, and troubleshoot equipment; plan outages; manage inventory and documentation; and collaborate with crews on safety, regulatory compliance, and efficient production.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, and the ability to work rotating shifts and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and operate compressor/pump stations and associated equipment to meet production targets.
• Plan, prioritize, and coordinate work with employees and contractors to ensure safe, timely completion.
• Provide budgetary info, schedule outages, order materials, and maintain inventory.
• Interpret drawings, schematics, OEM manuals, and other technical resources for assigned work.
• Use hand and power tools safely in hazardous and non-hazardous environments.
• Maintain equipment records, logs, and regulatory documentation (OSHA, DOT, EPA).
• Provide training and leadership to develop maintenance crews as needed.
• Adhere to safety programs and participate in safety initiatives.
