Job summary

New Jersey Resources' NJNG is seeking a Pipeline Integrity Records Analyst to review and analyze records to ensure traceable, verifiable and complete data in accordance with 49CFR 192 for the natural gas transmission system.

You will search for records, maintain data in Pipeline Integrity databases, and collaborate with internal teams to keep GIS and documentation accurate, current, and compliant. This role requires travel of ~20% and a bachelor’s degree with strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required, preferably in a related field.
• At least 2 prior years’ experience in an office environment with exposure to a variety of responsibilities.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; advanced Excel skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze records to ensure Traceable, Verifiable and Complete records meet 49CFR 192 requirements.
• Identify and search for records to support MAOP reconfirmation requirements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to keep GIS data accurate and reliable.
• Manage electronic data records and ensure integration into Pipeline Integrity databases.
