Job summary

Enbridge Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician who will handle electrical and select mechanical aspects of the pipeline system, focusing on minimizing throughputs losses due to equipment issues.

The role requires on-site field work, on-call maintenance, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include preventive and corrective maintenance, OQ compliance, project support, and maintenance documentation in Maximo.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 2 years directly relevant training and experience.
• Enrolled in a two-year technical school program or apprenticeship program at the 2nd, 3rd or 4th level.
• Completion of Certified Trades or technical school program; not yet Fully Qualified in Enbridge competencies.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on pipeline equipment to operate the line at optimum efficiency.
• Maintain Operator Qualification requirements and complete required training.
• Document maintenance in Maximo and assist with regulatory inspections.
• Travel on occasion and participate in Maintenance On‑Call schedules and Emergency Response.
• Oversee projects and ensure safety, budget, and resource efficiency.
