Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in pipeline control functions and monitoring

Responsibilities

• Utilize SCADA displays to monitor and direct crude oil flow
• Analyze load requirements using forecasting models and weather data
• Identify and resolve communication problems to minimize pressure drops
• Monitor gas or liquid quality and act on changes
• Prepare and post receipts, deliveries, storage injections/withdrawals
• Coordinate field personnel and emergency response as needed
• Train employees in system operations and safety procedures
• Respond to DOT-related duties and safety compliance as required
• Communicate operational information to field personnel and schedulers
