Job summary

ONEOK, Inc. is seeking a senior leader to manage and optimize SCADA systems and Leak Detection tools supporting pipeline and control center operations. You will lead day-to-day execution, set priorities, and ensure reliable, secure, and compliant solutions.

The role requires extensive experience with SCADA/ICS in oil and gas, staff development, project delivery, and coordination with IT and operations. This on-site Tulsa position offers growth opportunities and a focus on safety and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, CS, or a related technical discipline.
• 6+ years of progressive experience supporting Leak Detection, SCADA, ICS, or IT/OT in energy sector.
• Experience leading and developing teams of SCADA/Leak Detection professionals.
• Experience coordinating system enhancements, upgrades, and maintenance in production environments.
• Knowledge of API standards and regulatory requirements impacting control centers and pipeline operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Leak Detection and SCADA professionals.
• Oversee delivery of SCADA system enhancements and maintenance while ensuring reliability.
• Coordinate projects across departments and ensure proper validation before production.
• Support regulatory compliance activities and audits related to SCADA and control center operations.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to align priorities and manage changes.
