Job summary

The Pipeline Controller at WhiteWater Midstream, LLC. in Brookshire, Texas will oversee the safe, remote operation of pipeline systems in compliance with DOT and state regulations. You will monitor pumps, compressors, valves, and product movement while coordinating with field personnel to maintain safety and reliability.

New hires receive on-the-job training; this is a 12-hour rotating shift that includes nights, weekends and holidays. The position may require up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• 60 college credit hours with oil and gas field operations/plant experience or equivalent military experience as pipeline controller/board operator.
• 2–3 years of chemical/oil/gas industry experience.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office.
• Pass pre-employment screenings (criminal, background checks, DOT drug screen).

Responsibilities

• Remote start/stop pumps and operate valves.
• Monitor movement of product through lines and facilities.
• Monitor storage field activity and pipeline events timing.
• Analyze alarms and adjust operations accordingly.
• Coordinate maintenance with field personnel and scheduling groups.
• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and field personnel to maximize safety and service.
