Job summary

MWH Constructors, a global leader in heavy civil construction of water and wastewater facilities, is seeking an experienced Pipefitter to support a major wastewater treatment plant project in Austin, Texas.

You will interpret plans and blueprints, select pipes and fittings, assemble materials on site, and ensure safe, compliant installation. Applicants must pass pre-employment screening and have experience with HDPE, ductile, PVC, and copper piping.

Qualifications

• Experience with pipe layout and installation.
• Ability to read plans/blueprints and interpret specs.
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with mechanical superintendent to configure pipe system layout.
• Select pipes, hangers, and fittings; cut, thread, and assemble on site.
• Secure pipes and equipment; interpret plans and ensure compliance with specifications.
