Job summary

TIC_Craft in Greenville, MS is seeking a skilled pipefitter to plan, lay out, install, test and repair piping systems in accordance with plans and codes. The role requires reading isometrics, fabricating and installing piping, and performing welding and rigging as needed.

You will work on construction sites, handle tools, test systems, and estimate resources while ensuring safety and compliance. A high school diploma or equivalent and NCCER Plus certification are preferred, with ability to work

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with field experience.
• Strong working knowledge of piping systems.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions and communicate with supervision.
• Proficient in safe use of electrical, hand and power tools, and layout tools.

Responsibilities

• Read isometrics, measure, fabricate and install piping efficiently.
• Read, align, bolt, and clamp components for welding.
• Assemble pipes and fittings by welding and threading joints.
• Position and secure materials during installation per plans and specs.
• Hydro test piping systems.
• Inspect work for contract compliance and correct deficiencies.
