Job summary

Black & Veatch is seeking a skilled pipefitter for our craft project. You will plan, lay out, install, test and repair piping systems in accordance with plans, specs and standards, working on carbon steel, stainless, PVC and other materials.

NCCER Pipefitting and NCCER Rigger credentials are preferred, along with at least 4 years of hands-on experience and a solid tool kit. You will contribute to a safe work environment, follow project plans, coordinate with crew members, and maintain quality

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on pipefitting experience.
• Strong knowledge of piping systems and joints.
• Must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lay-out, install, test and repair piping systems per plans and specs.
• Maintain safety and follow all site requirements.
• Coordinate with team and mentors to ensure quality workmanship.
