Job summary

TIC_Craft in the United States is seeking an experienced pipefitter to lay out, assemble, install or maintain pipe systems and related hydraulic equipment following plans and standards. The role requires reading isometric drawings, measuring, fabricating, welding and testing piping systems on construction sites, with day-to-day collaboration with supervision and adherence to safety rules.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent with field experience.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and communicate effectively.
Safe and efficient use of hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

Read isometric drawings and take measurements, fabricate and install piping efficiently.
Align, bolt, and clamp components of fabricated metal products for welding.
Assemble and secure pipes, tubes, fittings, and related equipment by welding and threading joints.
Position and secure materials and workpieces during installation per plans and specs.
Distinguish varying thickness and types of metal materials.
Operate rigging equipment safely.
