Job summary

Graywolf Integrated Construction Company in Lebanon, IN seeks a Pipe Fitter Foreman to lead, coordinate, and supervise field crews on our Lebanon site. You will review contracts, drawings, specs, and shop estimates to drive safe, on-budget, on-schedule execution.

The ideal candidate mentors craft personnel, upholds safety programs, interfaces with the Superintendent and project team, ensures materials and equipment are available, and communicates clearly with clients and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Four years of craft experience with one year as Lead or higher.
• Familiar with industrial construction methods and labor needs.
• Able to interact effectively with project team members, clients, subcontractors, and craft workers.
• Proven leadership skills to manage craft employees.
• OSHA 10 or safety certifications required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must own locking toolbox and necessary tools.
• Must complete all pre-hire requirements.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety and work safely around hazards.
• Plan, coordinate and supervise construction crews.
• Review contracts, scope documents, drawings, specs, and shop estimates.
• Study project execution and tracking documents.
• Maintain site rules and logistics guidelines.
• Ensure project aligns with design, budget, and schedule.
• Interface with Superintendent and project team on policies and schedules.
• Ensure materials, drawings, manpower, tools, and equipment are available.
• Provide prioritized work instructions and monitor progress.
• Mentor craft personnel for development.
